Contemporary Dance/Exercise Class and Creative Session.
The class is 1 hr long and will help build strength, coordination and flexibility, drawing from various contemporary dance styles to form a fun energetic session.
The creative session is 1 hr long and will include elements of improvisation, choreography and the creation of dance work.
The session is open to people 18+ years with no upper age limit.
The session costs £5.00
You may just do the dance class at a cost of £2.50, but if you wish to participate in the creative session you must do both.
The class takes place on Thursdays
